Distant healing is a Reiki method to send Reiki energy at a distance.  It is one of the core tools of a Reiki practice.  Distant healing works within the deepest level of being, pure consciousness where there is no time or space.  It is a simple, yet powerful, tool that will aid in reducing stress, overcoming fear, and finding peace in an unstable world.

Mystic:  A person who has a spiritual understanding of truths that are beyond the intellect.

In this six-part workshop you will build a vision for your dream life.  Included in the class
  • Practicing the art of meditation to connect with your inner voice
  • Creating a vision and building a blueprint for the life that you would love to live
  • Exploring tools such as affirmations, crystals, pendulums, music, and yoga to assist in manifesting your vision
  • Discovering how practices such as gratitude and forgiveness will impact your ability to bring your vision from a dream to a reality
 
Join us for an adventure in exploring your purpose and learn how to design a life of love, health, and financial freedom.  The only requirement for this class is a sincere longing for personal transformation and the courage to move into a place of excellence.

Healing Through the Chakras
Workshop
 ​
This one-day workshop offers an intense discovery of the Chakra System.  Discussion will include the characteristics of each of the seven primary chakras, including the location, archetypes, and the psychology of the chakra system.  Students will be given exercises and yoga moves to stimulate each of the chakras.  Meditation techniques and affirmations centered on the chakras will be explored.  Essential oils and crystals will be used to enhance the experience.
