Reiki for Employee Wellness and Corporate Events
Providing Reiki for employees as a part of the company’s employee wellness program will promote circumstances that will lead to increased revenue and decreased expenses for the company. Reiki will provide employees with mental clarity and well-being, which will reduce stress and conflict, while also allowing for increased creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Reiki will stimulate conditions in the physical body that will assist the body in healing itself, thus reducing time spent distracted by feeling ill or experiencing pain. This will decrease the number of mistakes made and time to correct them, saving the company in lost time and/or materials. The company may also experience decreased employee absenteeism and lower disability costs.

Biofields are energy fields surrounding living organisms, and are thought to have effects on the body, which has led to their therapeutic use in Reiki and other healing modalities. Much research has been done on Reiki and in a 2015 review published in Global Advances in Health and Medicine found that biofield therapies, including Reiki, were effective at easing pain. And In 2019, Harvard University published a study in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine that found a single Reiki session can significantly improve physical and psychological health, citing statistically significant improvements in anxiety, depression, pain, and nausea. The study also showed improvements in drowsiness, fatigue, appetite, shortness of breath, mood, and overall well-being.

Our practitioners provide everything needed such as a Reiki table, linens, essential oils, soft lights, music, etc. The only thing that the company needs to provide is a quiet place such as an empty office or conference room. We offer 3- or 4-hour programs, working with between 6 or 8 employees each time.
Only $350 for 3-hours or $450 for 4-hours
