Distant healing is a Reiki method to send Reiki energy at a distance.  It is one of the core tools of a Reiki practice.  Distant healing works within the deepest level of being, pure consciousness where there is no time or space.  It is a simple, yet powerful, tool that will aid in reducing stress, overcoming fear, and finding peace in an unstable world.

  • Exploring tools such as affirmations, crystals, pendulums, music, and yoga to assist in manifesting your vision
  • Discovering how practices such as gratitude and forgiveness will impact your ability to bring your vision from a dream to a reality

Exploring the Chakras
Workshop
 ​
This one-day workshop offers an intense discovery of the Chakra System.  Discussion will include the characteristics of each of the seven primary chakras, including the location, archetypes, and the psychology of the chakra system.  Students will be given exercises and yoga moves to stimulate each of the chakras.  Meditation techniques and affirmations centered on the chakras will be explored.  Essential oils and crystals will be used to enhance the experience.

Cost includes an essential oil kit and a chakra crystal set.  *Because this is an interactive class it is limited to 4 participants.

Come and help us celebrate the bold and beautiful world of Reiki by joining us in a Reiki Share!  Share your stories, questions, observations - then share your Reiki with other practitioners.  


​Advanced Reiki Techniques
Join us for Advanced Reiki Practices! This class will focus on advanced techniques that benefit both the receiver and the practitioner.  ​In this class, the student will learn:
  • Self-cleansing and self-purification techniques
  • Breathwork
  • Balancing the body’s energy systems
  • Clearing the meridians
  • Grounding techniques
  • And more…

Class size is limited  **  Students must have completed Reiki II
