Exploring the Chakras Workshop This one-day workshop offers an intense discovery of the Chakra System. Discussion will include the characteristics of each of the seven primary chakras, including the location, archetypes, and the psychology of the chakra system. Students will be given exercises and yoga moves to stimulate each of the chakras. Meditation techniques and affirmations centered on the chakras will be explored. Essential oils and crystals will be used to enhance the experience. 1 pm to 6 pm Cost $275.00 Cost includes an essential oil kit and a chakra crystal set. *Because this is an interactive class it is limited to 4 participants. With Wayne Manthey Building a drum is a beautiful and creative process. But drum building is not just an art form, it is also a spiritually meaningful experience. A drum symbolizes the heartbeat of the community, and of Mother Earth herself. It can also be used to connect with heritage and tradition. Drums can also serve to communicate with spirits, ancestors, and the natural world. A drum is used for healing by centering our attention on health, abundance, happiness, and prosperity. A drum is also an excellent tool to be used to share stories, history and culture. Join us as we welcome drum maker Wayne Manthey for a one-day drum building workshop. Wayne has been the premier drum maker in the Twin Cities for over 30 years and we are privileged to have him guide us through this transformative and bonding experience.
