Dream Building with Reiki

Do you realize from the time you were born and took your first breath that you were entitled to live a happy, joyful, and prosperous life?  It is your birth rite.  None of us are destined to live a life of suffering and pain.  In fact, we have the right to live the life of our dreams.  

How do we get from the life that we live now to the life that we would love living?  Begin by creating a vision, a detailed image in the mind of what your dream life looks like.  Fill it with specifics – how does it feel, how does it sound, how does it smell?  For example, if your dream is to live on a tropical beach, imagine the feel of the sand between your toes, the sound of the waves meeting the shore, the smell of salt water in the air.  Next, become aware of the underlying beliefs about your current life, and what would prevent you from living the life of your dreams.  Do you believe that you are too old, too fat, too ugly?  Do you believe that you don’t have enough money, enough education, or enough opportunity?  Facing our beliefs about our limitations is critical to overcoming them and moving beyond them to a life of possibilities.

Soon that vision is filled with vivid details and becomes less a fantasy and more of a possibility.  Once the possibility exists, action can be taken toward the goal.
